Amazing Hair Extensions we want you to be absolutely delighted with your new
extensions - that’s why we offer colour matching on every order so you can get
that perfect look!
If
you would like the extensions colour matched to your own hair then just follow
these simple steps:
1.
When
ordering just select the colour you think is the closest match to your hair. We have black hair extensions, auburn hair extensions, brown hair extensions, blonde hair extensions and streaks.
2.
After
you have entered you payment details on the pay pal screen it will give you the
option of writing a note.
3.
Write that you will be sending us a sample of your hair to be colour matched.

4.
Send

2WT preferably within 5 days to avoid a delay on your order. It’s that

It
is important that you inform us you are sending a sample so we know to wait
until we have received it before processing your order.

HOW
TO ORDER
The
quickest and easiest way to pay is online using secure site Pay Pal.
Alternatively, if you are not completely comfortable ordering online you can
send a cheque / postal order to:

All
you have to do is print the order form and fill it in. Please enclose a sample
of your hair if you require colour matching. Send it along with the cheque /
postal order for the appropriate amount (including postage & packaging).
Please
make cheques / postal orders payable to 'Amazing Hair Extensions'. Please be
aware that orders can only be processed after 5 days when the cheque has
cleared.
All
orders will be despatched within 10 days, if not sooner, by Royal Mail recorded
delivery.
MONEY

We
want you to be 100% satisfied with Amazing hair Extensions so if you are not
completely happy you can return the extensions (by recorded delivery)
within 7 days in the original condition and packaging for a full refund
(minus the postage and packaging). Please note that we cannot accept extensions
that have been worn or damaged.
Just
in case you receive extensions which have been damaged during shipping please
email or phone us immediately.
