1. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
1.1 Charges made for all deliveries of products will be charged to the customer at the prevailing rate.
1.2 Orders shipped overseas to countries other than the UK will incur an additional delivery charge. 

2. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
2.1 All product prices are in GBP £ sterling at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery.
2.2 Every effort is made to maintain the prices stated, however, Amazing Hair Extensions reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
2.3 All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
2.4 If an order cannot be fulfilled then the customer will be offered an alternative product or refunded for the unavailable product.

3. PRODUCT DETAILS
3.1 Amazing Hair Extensions aim to provide customers with high quality human hair extensions and a high standard of customer service.
3.2 The images provided are for reference only and may not be 100% accurate; therefore, we recommend that the customer sends a sample of their hair for the correct colour match.
3.3 Amazing hair Extensions cannot guarantee that the colour match will be 100% accurate, however, we will try our best to get the closest possible match.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 Whilst Amazing Hair Extensions will make every effort to despatch goods on time, no liability can be accepted by Amazing Hair Extensions for failure to deliver within the advertised times.
4.2 Amazing Hair Extensions will not accept any liability for non- delivery of goods unless notified within 3 business days.
4.3 Orders will be shipped to physical addresses only and we will not accept orders for any P.O Box addresses.
4.4 A signature will be required on the delivery of the goods on all orders.
4.5 All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

5. ORDER PAYMENT
5.1 Payments can be made online using Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/ Maestro and American Express.
5.2 Payments will be taken using secure site Pay Pal. Visit www.paypal.co.uk for more information.
5.3 Payment will be taken before despatch of your order.
5.4 If paying by cheque or postal order, orders will only be despatched after receipt of the payment and after the cheque has cleared (normally 5 working days). Please make cheques payable to ‘Amazing Hair Extensions'.

6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
6.1 If a product has been damaged during shipping then please contact Amazing Hair Extensions immediately by phone: +44 (0) 7931146972, or email sales@amazinghairextensions.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
6.2 Money back guarantee- we want you to be 100% satisfied with Amazing hair Extensions so if you are not completely happy or if you simply change your mind you can return the hair extensions within 7 days in the original condition and packaging for a full refund (minus the postage and packaging).
6.3 Please note that we cannot accept extensions that have been worn or damaged. The goods must be returned unused, and in the same condition as they were originally despatched. We will not accept exchange or refund on any item which has been worn or is not in the exact condition as when it was despatched.
6.4 You must confirm by email or phone that you are returning the product and we recommend you send it by recorded delivery. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.
6.5 Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s).
6.6 If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched then phone us or email us immediately with CANCEL ORDER written in the subject box. If the order has not yet been sent then there will be no charge. If it has already been shipped then the cost of postage and packaging will still be taken.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION
7.1 Customers will be sent an email confirming their order with Amazing Hair Extensions.
7.2 Amazing Hair Extensions reserve the right to decline any order.
7.3 All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Service.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
8.1 Amazing Hair Extensions will not supply any customer details to any third party.
8.2 We may send email notifications occasionally to notify customers of new products, deals and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such emails then please notify us by either phone or email and we will remove you from our mailing list.
